WHAT TO EAT FOR DETOX | Favourite Breakfast



Plain Yogurt mixed with some greens, spirulina or chlorella;
Pea or rice protein (vegan source of protein for those who have issues with whey like me)
Raw Cocoa, ginger and cinnamon (for enhancing your insulin resistance and normalizing your blood sugar levels);
Chia seeds (my fav superfood)
Berries and nuts
DONE … full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Everything you need :) )
