Sweet Potatoes are my favorite and they are about to be yours too! Just wait until you try them in this Smoothie full of fiber and full of beta carotene. Follow my instructions and you’ll have the most nutritious meal replacer of all time in no time!

¾ cup of soy milk
½ of a frozen Banana
½ of an apple (peeled and cored)
1 medium sweet potato (peeled, steamed and cooled)
1 Scoop of Sun Pyramid’s Super Food Protein powder and of course,
A dash of pumpkin pie spice.

If you wanna add an extra boost to your smoothies, you can always use organic wheatgrass, the chia seeds, or the hemp seeds. All part of the Sun Pyramid’s starter kit.
